Sachin Raghunath Bhosale

Founder & Chairman

Sachin Raghunath Bhosale is the Founder of Shivjal Group, a visionary social reformer, and a champion of rural transformation whose work has redefined affordable housing and grassroots development in Maharashtra.

Born in Inglewadi village near Phaltan (Satara district) and raised in a farming family, his journey began with firsthand exposure to rural hardships. Working as a vegetable vendor in his early years, he developed the values of resilience, discipline, and empathy—principles that continue to guide his leadership.

Driven by the belief that every individual deserves housing, livelihood, dignity, and opportunity, he founded Shivjal Group to bring urban-standard living environments to rural and semi-urban regions, while preserving cultural identity. Under his leadership, the group has become widely recognized for its affordable housing models, township developments, and rural infrastructure projects.

His impact extends beyond construction. Through entrepreneurship training, education and skill development, healthcare initiatives, and large-scale environmental programs, he has:

  • Constructed 2,000+ affordable homes (Vision: 5,00,000 homes across Maharashtra)
  • Delivered India’s most affordable RCC house at ₹2.61 lakh under full government compliance
  • Trained 700+ entrepreneurs
  • Empowered 5,000+ youth through education and vocational programs
  • Planted 30+ lakh trees (Target: 1 crore trees)
  • Conducted 100+ health camps, benefiting 25,000+ individuals

His social initiatives are institutionalized through Shivprem Charitable Trust, the group’s social arm working towards affordable housing, healthcare access, youth employment, community unity, and cultural preservation.

Recognized nationally for his contributions, Sachin Bhosale has received the Maharashtra Gaurav Award, a Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.) from Nelson Mandela University, London, and has been honored by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister, Government of India.
